- Unlimited Emails and Calls
- Detailed face-to-face meeting
- Pre-wedding walk through of the venue approximately 4 weeks prior to your wedding
- Detailed meeting with the venue manager and vendors to discuss details
- Review and confirm all wedding day vendors
- Floor Plan Creation
- Creation and management of wedding day timeline and comprehensive layout
- Creation of the wedding vendors contact list, to do list etc.
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
- Catering and rental order review
- Distribution of wedding day timeline and layout to all vendors and venue
- Décor and rentals set up on the day of the wedding
- Monitoring vendors from check in to check out
- Return personal décor and gifts at the end of the evening
- Up to 12 hours Day of the event coordination on the wedding day

Tatiana and her team are incredible!!! They made the whole wedding process so easy! Always responded quickly to our emails and were always on hand to give their professional advice. Our wedding day was absolutely fabulous!!!
Everything was just amazing! From start to fish Tatiana was assisting us and taking care of all our crazy requests. The set up of tables, chairs, cocktail hour etc was executed perfectly. We received several great comments from friends and family on how beautiful everything was. Thank you again!
