- 2 Detailed face-to-face meetings
- Theme and Décor selection
- Venue Selection and site tours
- Vendors selection (DJ, Band, Entertainment, Musicians, Ceremony Officiants, Flowers, Decor, Rentals, Photography, Invitations, Wedding Stationary, Transportation, Favors, Cake, Videography, Hair and Make-up, Staffing)
- Meeting with selected vendors
- Event Design and Written Proposal with a floor plan
- Creation and management of wedding day timeline and comprehensive layout
- Supervising love story, pre-wedding/wedding photo shoots and video shoots if needed
- Wedding Budget and Monthly "To Do" List Creation
- Creation of the wedding vendors contact list, to do list etc.
- Dress fittings (maximum 3)
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
- Catering and rental order review
- Distribution of wedding day timeline and layout to all vendors and venue
- Distribute vendor payments & gratuities on the day of the wedding
- Décor and rentals set up on the day of the wedding
- Monitoring vendors from check in to check out
- Return personal décor and gifts at the end of the evening
- Up to 15 hours Day of the event coordination on the wedding day (1 Lead Planner + 1 Assistant)

Tatiana and her team are incredible!!! They made the whole wedding process so easy! Always responded quickly to our emails and were always on hand to give their professional advice. Our wedding day was absolutely fabulous!!!
