I offer a special package designed for couples who have planned everything themselves but need help “stage managing” the big day. I’ll step in to ensure that the day of the wedding runs seamlessly with perfect execution so that you can enjoy every moment.
- Unlimited emails
- Vendor confirmation and timeline review
- Detailed meeting 3 weeks prior to your wedding (including theme and décor discussion)
- Up to 12 hours Day-of event coordination on the wedding day + tear down
- Catering and rental order review
- Creating your wedding day itinerary and vendors’ contact list
- Phone Consultation session at any point in your planning
- Assisting with set up on the day of the wedding: furniture, chairs, décor, favors, place cards and more

Tatiana and her team are incredible!!! They made the whole wedding process so easy! Always responded quickly to our emails and were always on hand to give their professional advice. Our wedding day was absolutely fabulous!!!
Everything was just amazing! From start to fish Tatiana was assisting us and taking care of all our crazy requests. The set up of tables, chairs, cocktail hour etc was executed perfectly. We received several great comments from friends and family on how beautiful everything was. Thank you again!
